IMPORTANT REMINDERS - Backorder Policy and Facebook Family Group

TO ALL LOVEWINX CONSULTANTS
This is a reminder that when backordered inventory becomes available, the items will be shipped to you as soon as possible. This includes shipping backorder invoices with another order.
In an effort to avoid increasing all shipping fees, we will be enforcing our policy to ship backorder invoices with your next order placed after the backorder fill invoice is created.
This has always been our policy, yet until recently, we were many times shipping backorders individually. Due to the increase in shipping rates by all carriers, we must be diligent in combining orders to avoid passing the increases on to you.
Please remember to utilize our private LOVEWINX Family Group on Facebook. Important announcements are posted there first. If you have not joined this group, we strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible. If you need assistance in joining, please email cs@lovewinx.com. • When backordered inventory becomes available, items will be shipped to you ASAP. When possible, backordered items will ship with the Consultant’s next order submitted.
• Should a backordered item be discontinued, the Consultant will be issued a credit to their account for the actual amount paid.
• If a backordered item is shipped to you and returned to Corporate for any reason, you will be responsible for pre-paying the shipping fee to have the item re-shipped. When possible, returned orders will re-ship with the Consultant’s next order submitted.
