Most of you have probably noticed the orders have started shipping...finally! However, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that all of the new catalog and order form pre-orders have shipped. The bad news is that not all of the new products are in stock.
Our policy has always been to ship pre-orders when all products are in stock. It has become obvious that is not going to happen. Every vendor is experiencing delays with their vendors who are also having issues with vendors. The disruptions in the transportation process are very real and not expected to improve quickly.
We made the decision to start shipping what we can as it becomes available.
We cannot fix the delays, but will keep you informed. The Back Office landing page will be updated regularly. Please be sure to review it each time you log on.
