We would like to take this time to remind all of you that we are entering what is historically a very busy time of year for you and our warehouse shipping staff. From now through Valentine’s Day is our busiest
time of year.
Due to the increase in orders we are adjusting our Shipping Schedule on orders placed through February 2018.
Please familiarize yourself with the updated shipping schedule below for US and Canada and adjust your order date accordingly.
UPDATED SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
UNITED STATES: All US orders are scheduled to ship no later than 3 business days after the order date.
CANADA: All Canada orders are scheduled to ship on Tuesday and Friday of each week. Please allow 3 business days after the order date for processing prior to your desired Tuesday or Friday ship date.
All email, telephone or fax orders must be received prior to 7am PST to be processed within 24 hours. Orders submitted on weekends and holidays will be received the
next business day.
This updated schedule will remain effective through February 2018. Please be sure to allow for this schedule when placing your orders.
