As many of you have noticed, our warehouse has not been able to get all orders out within the 3 business day window.
I completely understand how frustrating it is when your orders do not ship as usual and on time.
I spent a week at corporate to ensure that the warehouse is fully staffed. Our warehouse staff is top-notch; some are new and they have had a crash-course the last few days. This week has proven to be a “perfect storm” for
warehouse issues. The staff will be working Saturday and Sunday to ensure that next week is a MUCH better week.
I also want to mention that the Shipping Notification emails will process the day after an order ships for the time being. We will have this back on a same-day schedule as soon as possible.
